1. What topics will the surveys cover?

We will be asking your opinions on a range of different topics including current trends, social media, entertainment and much more.

2. How will my responses to the survey be used?

To help us keep on top of the interests of both fans and potential fans. Your feedback will help us continue to build a strong network and brand, while helping us come up with new and innovative ways to let fans know what new and interesting programming is coming their way.

3. How many surveys will I be asked to do during the year?

That will vary, but we estimate approximately 4 surveys per month.

How frequently do I have to participate?

It is completely up to you! There is no minimum number of times you must participate in our surveys, and you can cancel your membership at any time.

4. Will anyone look at my individual responses to a survey?

No. Your responses will be evaluated along with other respondents to the survey.

5. Will my responses be seen by anyone outside of IMO Community or will my name, address or email address be given or sold to anyone outside of the IMO Community?

No. Your responses to surveys or your name, address or email address will not be given or sold to anyone outside of the IMO Community. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address by logging into the portal at and updating your profile information under the 'My Profile' button.

7. How do I recommend the community to somebody?

Send them a link to and ask them to click on the Join Now button on the portal page.

8. How do I participate in IMO Community surveys?

As an IMO Community member, all you have to do now is watch your email for survey invitations. We’ll invite you to participate in surveys we think you’ll be qualified for, based on the profile you provided during registration. Survey invitations will include the topic of the study and the URL where you can access the survey on the web. You are never obligated to participate.

10. How do I ‘unsubscribe’ from IMO Community?
